Who would handle masonry among the crafting subclasses?
From what I understand of it, Artisans can work metal and wood (in addition to rock), but not for equipments and stuff, which belong to Blacksmiths and Woodcrafters respectively. However, it's a bit vague which crafting class would or should handle any masonry work. Artisans have an affinity with rock, but if one would limit Artisans to small-scale or decorative projects, making building blocks would probably be out of their depth. If they would be the ones to mold/shape the blocks though, I don't see why they couldn't apply the mortar themselves and build stuff either. That would mean Artisans would be the people to go to for making buildings/restoring the city instead of Woodcrafters as well, which sounds odd.
So... yeah. :/ Sorry for the odd rant. Thank you for reading. :3

On that topic, I wouldn't mind knowing the same for craftsmanship involving bone and ivory. Like, bone daggers or something.

For Adler: Artisans are essentially just like that. They're meant to be the ones to make the stone houses and such, or stone formations. They're not just a "make it look pretty" crafting class, as artisans in the past have been known for, but they also create things like buildings. They'd also play into being a major construction force, wherein they can restore/create new buildings. However, they'd be on a very small scale, unless someone did something like organize and artisan guild, wherein they would perform a large public work, in order to create a building. Woodcrafters would probably be needed in there, too, since not every house or structure is mostly stone.
For Eadon: I don't really see why there wouldn't be a sense of resourcefulness. If you have a stick in hostile territory, you make it into your weapon, right? The only thing about that is that ivory comes from Elephant tusks, which elephants do not appear in the English Isles. Perhaps if there was a material that was classified as ivory, then it'd be possible. However, bones are scattered all around the place, I'm sure, so all one would need is to pick some up and do stuff with it.
All in all, it would really only take a research thread to do something like construction or bone-weapon making. However, that might be forced under the Blacksmith tree, but ya never know. In any case, all it takes is some creativity, and you can make almost anything possible here. So, give it a go!
I hope this answers your questions~

Artisans would indeed be able to build houses as long as it was made from stone, mud, mortar, so along the lines of a traditional home in places like African villages or the adobe structures in Mexico. If you intend to make larger structures though, particularly if you want housing of a few floors, it will be more impractical to accomplish this sort of thing with Artisan alone. In such a case, you would then require Woodcrafting.
Generally speaking though, when it comes to the big scale, many crafting classes will need to work together. Blacksmiths can build parts, but Mechanics are needed to put them together into a machine. A machine like an engine might need Alchemy to power it or Woodcrafting to place it in an appropriate vessel. So as you start thinking about long term goals, consider the people you'll need to gather together to accomplish the idea.
Also for crafting bone and such, maybe we could make a general buyable Handicraft skill in the NPC shop. You can probably use it as a mini-crafting option for making stuff that doesn't go in other categories.

Actually, I was thinking maybe steel bars for the cores, much like modern construction. Maybe involve Blacksmiths for those, and Woodcrafters for their architectural expertise :p
And Scribes to draw the plans. HEE~
Nosrsly, thank you very much. :3

to hop on this question bank, I have a semi-relatable question.
Can woodcrafters say, make like wooden statues, or designs on chairs and such? Because I inherently think of it as part of woodcrafting, but system wise, would it?

Wooden statues would be possible, if you mean carvings or objects like Indian totems. Chair designs are also available so whenever someone makes furniture, another Woodcrafter will be able to use the recipe to customize the design.
