You arrive to the mostly unexplored region of Sarum at the end of the Windsor Greatwood pathway to the west. Much like what the Britain Royal News had announced, a camp has been constructed for the sake of exploration. Wooden stakes have been placed all around the campgrounds, with about an approximate area of 50 square meters. There are a large number of makeshift tents and a few merchant supply stalls in the camp for the sake of resting and restocking. In total, a few hundred Adventurers seem to have followed the call.
There appears to be a slightly mountainous area to the north. All around you to the west and south, the plains continue to stretch beyond sight. Most noteworthy of all, there is a city west of the camp. You can slightly make out the words 'Sarum' on an old signboard on the side of the road.
Immediately after entering the town, you see a large announcement displayed on a bulletin board at the center of the camp:
MISSION BOARD
Welcome to the Sarum Exploration Camp. We are currently requesting help on the following missions. Please sign up for any of the following missions in groups of 2 or more. After the completion of your task, please report back here so we can calculate how much more progress we'll need to complete the task.
1. Scouting Mission
Objective: To scout the area and record any findings about the land.
Recommended: Any
Current Completion Rate: 100%
Many of our initial exploration parties have surveyed a partial map of the area, but we have not explored all there is to this place. We ask that scouts check out the surrounding area to the north and south while the main forces deal with the blockade in the west. Remember, your main objective is exploration. You might come across monsters along the way - take note of their appearance and characteristics, but don't fight them if you can't handle them.
2. Crafting Mission
Objective: Craft and make any repairs to necessary materials.
Recommended: Crafters
Current Completion Rate: 100%
We need crafters to work on various tasks relating to equipment and item maintenance. Frontliners need potions and their weapons, armor, accessories repaired. The camp will require maintenance of machinery and wooden structuring. Chefs and brewers are needed to keep everyone's morale up. Your contribution toward this task will be rewarded adequately. (Note that this mission will neither be a Crafting nor Research thread, all materials will be provided to you in RP)
3. Combat Mission
Objective: To advance the frontline toward Sarum.
Recommended: Players interested in battling
Current Completion Rate: 100%
As we get closer toward the city of Sarum, monsters seem to continuously spawn. Your job is to team up with fellow Adventurers and take down your fair share of monsters so that we can expand the camp ever so closer toward the city borders. Monsters that you might face include:
Golem Sentry
Levels 1-10
Artificial Life / Rock / Normal
Skills: None
Resistances: Weak [Earth, Water, Wind]
Golems formed from rock debris. They may be weak, but they seem to form at such an alarming rate that we can't advance very quickly. Lower-leveled Adventurers should try to take them out.
Golem Sentinel
Level 11-20
Artificial Life / Rock / Strong
Skills:
- Rock Windmill: An attack that scatters the golem's body back into rocks, which then spin around a wide radius for a few seconds.
- Stomp: The golem smashes the ground and creates a shockwave. Nearby players are knocked down.
Resistances: Weak [Earth, Water, Wind]
Larger golems that are a little deeper down the path. They possess their own skills, so be careful. Luckily, these golems don't spawn as commonly.
Golem Phalanx
Level 20
Artificial Life / Rock / Elite
Skills:
- Rock Windmill: An attack that scatters the golem's body back into rocks, which then spin around a wide radius for a few seconds.
- Stomp: The golem smashes the ground and creates a shockwave. Nearby players are knocked down.
- Mountainmaker: Slams the ground, throwing up rock debris that showers down on the surrounding area.
- Stonewheel: Compresses the golem's body into a ball as it rolls all over the ground, attempting to crush enemies.
Resistances: Resist [Mind, Poison, Sleep, Slow]
The apparent leaders of the golem defense force, tall-looking bulky golems. They do not seem to respawn when defeated. They are extremely tough, so you are recommended to team up in a slightly larger group to face one. Only one Golem Phalanx can be challenged per thread.

(C) ELLIE @ GANGNAM STYLE
- You may select one of these missions and create your own thread based on the mission. Thread rules apply as usual, say if your thread is open or closed to certain people.
- There is no limit to the number of threads based on a mission. For example, 5 different threads may decide to do their own Scouting Mission thread.
- You may make your thread a mixed mission, ex: Scouting/Combat, but only one category will receive % completion.
- You may make your thread a mixed mission, ex: Scouting/Combat, but only one category will receive % completion.
- For every mission you take, reply to this thread when the thread is completed. Each mission completed will give a certain % toward the completion rate. Do not claim your AP in this thread, this is merely a mission completion claim thread.
- Missions can only be taken by groups of 2 or more RPers.
- After the event's completion, players may receive additional rewards based on their overall contribution.
