I know this is late but we're going to get started.
Through the extensive efforts of attempting to map the tunnels, adventurers have found the source of the commotion. Reports detail that multiple trains, described only as "possessed" have carved out territories within the underground. One of them, much larger than the others is known to have laid claim to a large underground train junction where it periodically stops after making the rounds. It is known to be quite dangerous as even the local monster populations are quite afraid of it. Only higher level adventurers are being allowed to fight this larger train. Players level 40 or higher are cleared for the fight. A party of 5 including a tank and healer is recommended.
The smaller ones are no less dangerous, but also are in need of being dismantled. Adventurers level 20 or higher are cleared to combat these. A party of 5 including a tank and healer is recommended.
Supporting the raid teams are important as well. This can include carrying supplies or other creative ways to help support the main parties. This is not quite as dangerous as the trains, however the actions taken by participants can effect the other fights. Adventurers level 10 or higher are cleared for this mission and a party of 3-5 is recommended.
All of the threads will be lightly moderated (DM'd). This means staff will participate as Data Holder and will insert events, reactions and attacks that are happening at random points. Be prepared for things to not always go as well as you expect, or perhaps even better. RP normally with progressing the thread, but if there is a post by Data Holder, the participants should react to what happened as well.
