Hey there guys and girls, Guild Leader Saber here! I've noticed that we don't exactly have a lot of numbers in the Guild and a lot of members come and go from the site. Well, I personally don't like the idea of having a bunch of inactive people on my roster and it overinflates the number of people in the Guild. Sure, it makes us look bigger, but that doesn't exactly mean much if only five people are active out of twenty. So, with that in mind, I'm going to start doing some check ins.
All check-ins will be done in this thread, as I don't exactly have moderation powers and can't sticky threads or move them. So, every month or every two months I will post in this thread and tag all of the members currently on the roster. All members have until the end of the month to post and say that they are here or whatever you want to say. Members who do not post will be removed from the roster and notified with a PM. I'm not doing this to give people the boot, I love the idea that people want to be in HoC, but I do not like lying and I feel like I am by leaving inactive people on our roster.
*If you also wish to leave HoC, you don't have to post in this. Though, I may PM you just to make sure that you actually desire to leave, as I don't want to give someone the boot who forgets about the check-in.
*If you have more than one character in the Guild, you only have to post once. My suggestion would be just to note who all of your characters are in your post. This avoids potential spam-guilt feelings.
So, with that being said; first Activity Check, GO!
