Oki doki, just read through everything, and I have to say, I'm excited. ^3^ Now that we're definitely doing a level 5, with 10 specialty rooms, and the greenhouse is already picked for number 8 (totally love that idea), I think the next two rooms should be research facility and library, as Khaleesi said; I think the meeting room isn't necessary, what with plenty of other rooms we can use in it's place. But I do see the appeal of a specified meeting room, so it's up to you guys. As for floor plan, I am willing to give it a go and try and come up with something; I used to study architecture as a hobby during high school, so I know a bit about how to create it. All I'd need is number of floors, and all of the rooms I'd need to add in, as well as the size of the house itself. Once I have those I can get to work!

Thank you Luce Khaleesi for your awesome summary post. I love summary posts. x3 I agree with @serenityspace and Luce, I think the research facility and library would be great final additions to the guild, and we can just have meetings in the living room or in the greenhouse over tea and cookies or something hehe. :3 I know that kittygrey really wants a library connected to the cafe too. ^^ If everyone is okay with this, I'll put up the guild house purchase thread, create a blueprint (in words) of the guild house (will be discussed over skype) and then I'll PM that to Dorian to fiddle around with and to create a floor plan. : ) I will also do a lot of image hunting (everyone is free to join in too!) so we have image references of all the guild rooms n_n Also Luce omg, I was thinking of Special A too when I was thinking of a greenhouse, hehe. Actually, I have some stuff I'd like to raise. An atrium gives more stats than a greenhouse. Archives give more stats than a library (plus it holds RARE texts too). Although the names are different, they are essentially the same thing, if not bigger/better. Should we get an atrium (I assume it is a sort of indoor arboretum, which is what the one from Special A looks more like, tbh) and archives instead of a greenhouse and library?

So the housing stats will be more like this in comparison: - Greenhouse: Outdoor. A domed outdoor garden that protects plants from the elements. [ +13 CUL] - Atrium: An indoor garden housing rare plants and birds. [+3 INN, +2 ING, +9 CUL] Greenhouse gives more CUL whereas Atrium's overall stats are 1 higher due to its stats being more spread out. Once we're allowed to take 3 subclasses, I'm considering to take Gardener, so I'm fine with either choice as it works for both.

- Front page has been updated with our confirmed specialty rooms. (I have since assumed that we are all okay with the atrium and archives) - I know I said that we would be getting the guild house today, but due to plot/event stuff, we won't be able to get the 10% discount until a while. - Therefore, these are our options: 1. Wait until after the guild event to get that 2k off level 5 guild housing 2. Purchase level 4 housing for 10k, get level 5 housing after the guild event and get 1k off. 3. Raise 20k and then get level 5 housing It all depends if you guys plan on RPing in the guild house yet or not. Even if we don't RP in it yet, we can start planning the floorplan of the house and have Dorian make a visual for it. We can also spend our time looking up image references for all the room, designing the cafe, etc.

Though I like the idea of a fun room, I think we should just make sure that there isn't any rooms we are missing before we do create it. I mean, I suppose if it is necessary than we could always remodel it later, but if there isn't anything else that anyone needs right now.. I vote for a pool!! (I would say Zen Garden, but we already have the atrium so there isn't a point in that XD)
As for replacing alchemists (I also made that derp.. ask Silly >.>), I'd say tailor would probably be the best choice only for the fact that they can make quick fixes to any clothing, bedding, ect. and they can make pretty armor for the guildees! Artisans do have their ups, but for a healers guild it isn't quite what I would be looking for, unless we plan to fill the guild house with art.. Even then, there are other things we could use a lot more than art, though some would be nice XD And as for Woodcrafter, they would be useful to build furniture and such for the guild, so I would be okay with that choice as well.. Though none of them really add any bonus' to the guild itself and unless there is a level 21 Woodcrafter among us, then none of them add anything other than RP aspects, which is also okay! but my vote goes towards Tailor as I see more opportunities to RP that class over the others and to have an in house Tailor at your beckon.. Think of the possibilities~
Edit: Didn't see what was happening in the skype chat when I first wrote this sooo, In terms of pool, my vote goes for the gym. Physical Therapy, as Silly said, would actually be awesome to be able to offer. Adventurers probably wouldn't need it, but Lander's would be able to take advantage of it!

While the whole discussion about what to do with the extra room continues, these are the specialty rooms that I will be purchasing for now: - Apothecary: Indoor. A room dedicated to potion and medicine making. Pharmacists in the guild are treated as though their crafting subclass level was 2 levels higher. [+3 INN] - Deluxe Kitchen: Indoor. A room dedicated to cooking. Chefs in the guild are treated as though their crafting subclass level was 2 levels higher. [+3 INN] - Office: Indoor. A room dedicated to the management of documents and stationery. Scribes in the guild are treated as though their crafting subclass level was 2 levels higher. [+3 INN] - Cafe: Indoor. A room designed not only as a small eatery but a meeting spot. [+3 INN, +4 REC] - Research Facility: Indoor. A well-equipped lab used for the sake of research. [+8 INN, +3 ING] - Hospital: Indoor. A well-stocked office for the treatment of injury and disease. [+2 SOL, +10 INN, +2 ING] - Hotel: Indoor. A small section of guest rooms consisting of a bedroom and small bathroom, utilized by guests as a place to rest up. [+2 SOL, +5 BUR, +7 REC] - Archives: A highly organized sealed library of special books and documents. [+16 INN] - Arboretum: Outdoor or indoor. A larger garden housing rare plants and birds. Actually... Unless I'm missing something (which I wouldn't be surprised about) we have two extra rooms. So we can fill one room with a crafting class, and the second be a fun room (the gym? since you guys seem to want that). <--- YUP I MESSED UP

Not only are there a lot of options for RP flavor, many rehab hospitals tend to have their own small gyms or training areas to allow their patients to regain muscle strength.
