[EVENT] Valentine's Day in London

Valentine's Day swiftly approaches and in anticipation of such an event, a certain guild seems to be setting up some sort of event in anticipation of the month of love. 

Set up in a large, circular pavilion near the center of the city, several round and small tables have began to appear, in addition to quite a few long tables and a platform of sorts. As the fated day of the 14th fast approaches, things seem to grow in design; easy-on-the-eyes table cloth and flowers begin to appear to adorn the area in an attempt to add a touch of color. It begins to become obvious that this event is in celebration of Valentine's Day, but what is it? 

Advertisers are hired and fliers begin to appear all over the place regarding an invitation to the Blind Night Date event. With it comes an apt but brief description, stating the following facts.

-The event begins around noon, which is when sign-ups begin
-Everyone draws a number from a ballet box, to be determined in the thread itself. 
-People will be RANDOMLY matched together based on their numbers, and those two people are to go and have a thread to themselves on a blind date at one of the tables. 

The flier then goes on to mention that the food will be player made and that "candy" will be involved; the source of said candy is left ambiguous. Smaller print indicates that manpower and help is seemingly needed on the day of the event, and contact information to get in contact with Blackcoat is left.

On the bottom of everything - chairs, tablecloth, the fliers - is an odd, starkly white lettered MC...

Alright, so I need people to sign up for a few different things if they would like to be involved.

Blackcoat will be effectively running the event, and therefore doing the random number selection as well as motivating people in the right directions; he has also cooked the very simple meals being provided. Nothing special; simple meal of tea and toast, with some heart-candies involved that are perhaps too sweet for eating. 

Positions needed:
-Waiters to help serve the loving blind dates.
-Chefs/Housekeepers to help keep the food restocked and coming. Psuedo-food categories such as Pharmacist may be acceptable. 
-Charismatic people willing to dress up for the holiday to help spread the good-feeling.
-Bards and Dancers, for atmosphere.
-People for the actual event itself, taking random numbers to get randomly paired with other people.
