-Guild has disbanded-
-A Guild of few with the goals of many-
[attr="class","guildbox"]
Come ye men of power, Come ye men of greed.
Come to me in flocks, in heaps.
Let me show you the right way to be.
Come to me, ye with no home.
Come to me, hunger and famine.
Come to me, alone and scared.
And I will show you how to live.
Come to me in flocks, in heaps.
Let me show you the right way to be.
Come to me, ye with no home.
Come to me, hunger and famine.
Come to me, alone and scared.
And I will show you how to live.
For many months, we have lived in this world. Some of us have done so comfortably, some of us can call it home. Others are still searching for that home, and some believe that they many never find it. Many of us have found friends, lovers, and people we can call family. Many still curl up and shake in their beds at night, afraid of the monsters and demons which lurk beyond the walls of our great city of London. Some have flourished in this new world, others have stumbled. However we are all equal; we are all Adventurers. Every person you see is a person trying to live in this strange new land, and we all do so differently.
There are many of you who do not know me, so allow me to formally introduce myself. My name is Saber, and I am an Adventurer just like you. However, I am someone who is different than your everyday player. I have seen many things in this world that many have not, and I have done things some of you would not believe. In my travels, I have completed many quests, I have fought against monsters of likes you have not seen, marched through the battlefields of long past, and have looked into the eyes of despair. But I am no saint. I have committed many unspeakable crimes that would turn any sane person against me. I have killed several of my fellow Adventurers and blood soaks these hands of mine. Yet after all is said and done; I see myself as someone who is capable of teaching, guiding, and leading. The fact that I have been forced to slay my fellow man has not stopped me, and it never will. The past is called such because the future is something we must seek, and I intend to do so.
I come before you with one wish; to create a collection of players and further our lives in this world, Elder Tale. This collection of players will come under my protection, my guard, and will become the foundation of our future. This collection of players, this Guild, will operate with many smaller goals, allowing us to slowly build up to the major one; Peace and Prosperity across the world. I wish to create a place where players can call home, no matter their race, class, or views. My goal is create a Guild which is full of life, is active, and always moving forward. I, personally, will lead the Guild and will carry the burdens which will come with it. In doing so, all of my members will only need to focus on playing and enjoying themselves.
This Guild will ask of only one thing from its members; a will to continue. I ask that you never quit in your endevors, that you never give up on your dreams. Should you falter, we will be here to support you. Should you stray, my hand will always be ready to guide you back. Whether you seek power, glory, fame, fortune, a family, or a home; I will help you. For some of you, you wish the downfall of the rest of us. I implore that you reconsider, and should you truly feel that killing your fellow man is the only way to achieve happiness; my door is always unlocked.
Bring your heavy, tired heads to me, those of you whom have given up. Let me show you that it is not over.
Bring me your smiles, those of you whom are happy; and allow me to share you mine.
Bring me your hungry stomachs so that I may fill them.
Bring me your broken weapons, shields, and hearts… For I will tend to them with these scarred hands of mine.
You are not alone, Adventurer. You are never alone. Join me in my Quest to furthering this world and creating a land where we all can call home.

-Goals-
This Guild operates with two objectives; ensure the safety of Londinium and fellow Adventurers in the world, and maintain consistent technological and economical growth to keep us moving forward. These goals are straightforward and simple, but achieving them will be a constant battle that we will all be working towards together. In order to chase after these never-ending goals, this Guild will actively operate across the server. All members will be requested to participate in Guild Activities and those who are will be rewarded. As to ensure that our goals are understood, they are described below.Primary Goal: To ensure the safety of Londinium and fellow Adventurers in the world.
Many players stir at night because of a bump or a distant squeal, some players are afraid to step out of the city, and others still question where they are. As a Guild, we will assist these players in their battles and guide them in getting their feet wet. We will support these new players and provide them with the tools they require in order to succeed in the new land.
On the other hand, there are some who have already put themselves in a position to beat this world. These players will be accepted with open arms, and we will aid in helping these players achieve their own goals. Much like the newer and weaker members, we will continue to support these players, but we ask that they also help the newer members while they are going along. Bring one with you the next time you go on a Quest, or sit down and share some information. We are all in this together.
Along with ensuring that everyone is kept up on their equipment and personal needs, this Goal is also set to denote the goals of our actions. We are foreigners to this land, and it is always changing. With that in mind, the Goal of this Guild is to ensure that the Land is unable to beat us, but also that we do not allow ourselves to take advantage of it. As visitors and residents, we must respect the world around us. This Guild will work to ensure that Quests are tended to, that People of the Land are protected and cared for, and that any duties that are requested of the Guild are handled.
Primary Goal: Maintain consistent technological and economical growth.
What makes us Adventurers different from the People of the Land is not just our abilities in combat, but also our abilities to change this world. The second goal of this Guild is to enforce that ability and to build on it. We must not become complacent or content with what we have. We must continue to grow, continue to build, and continue to make ourselves better. To do this, we must research. Using what we know from the world of our past, and what we have learned from this one, we can create many tools that will make us strong, as well as allowing us to expand our territory and connect with any other Adventurers that may be out there. This goal is simple, but broad. Peace and prosperity are the two words which drive this Guild's operations. To make them a reality, creating tools that both we and the People of the Land can use is a must, and we will be successful in creating them.
In order to achieve our Goals, this collection of Adventurers will operate in a way which is easiest for the Guild Leader to manage: hierarchical structure. This structure does not mean anything and does not put one person above another, but is used for organizational purposes only. With that being said, there will be five main groups active at all times in the Guild: Guild Officers, the Expansion Division, a Research Division, and a Quest Division.
-Guild Leader-
The sole player who is the head of the Guild. This player manages all things which go on behind the scenes and watches over all players under the umbrella of the Guild. All members answer to him/her, and he/she can overrule any order given by an Officer. The Guild Leader can create Quests, begin expeditions, and start Research Projects, while also leading and participating in them. The Guild Leader is the only member who can recruit a new player (for the moment) and is the only member who can remove a player from the Guild. Any changes to the structure of the Guild must be run by the Guild Leader. All mistakes of the Guild also fall on the Guild Leader, and the Guild Leader is the one who faces the consequences of their member's actions.

-Officer Division-
Players in the Guild which have been recognized as capable Adventurers. These players are able to lead others in the Guild on Quests, Expansions, and start up Research Projects. Leaders may also bring in other Recruits to the Guild Leader for potential enrollment into the Guild.

In order to ensure our prosperity, we must sustain a connection with the world around us. This group of players, known as Operators, will perform any requests that come across the desk of the Guild Leader and will execute its instructions with the hope of establishing new connections and strengthening old ones.

- Leaders of the Crowns are known as Bearers.
- The Crowns may be divided into Decks, or Squads, based on how the Bearer wishes to organize their Crowns.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is, House of Crowns?
A: House of Crowns is a Guild, or a collection of members who are working together to achieve one goal. At HoC, we have the goal of achieving peace and prosperity across the realm of Elder Tale while seeking ways to increase our economic and technological standings as to make the world we live in a better place.
Q: How is House of Crowns Organized?
A: House of Crowns is organized in a hierarchical structure and further split into several groups with each group being given a set goal to achieve. No group is set in stone and a member can always ask to be removed from their current group and ask to be placed in another should they wish to assist elsewhere.
Q: If I am apart of one Division, can I work in another?
A: Yes, you can. All members are able to operate under the veil of any of the other divisions and participate in jobs of any of the others. However, the Division you call your "home team" takes precedence over the others. If you are apart of the Expansion Division, your main duty is to work on that divisions current goals.
